If you placed orders after the deadlines, it will be produced after we complete ALL holiday orders.

Orders will be processed first come first serve base, there might be a chance that you will receive your order by Christmas even placed after the deadline.

RUSH ORDERS

We are not accepting any rush orders until new year.

Sorry for the inconvenience, rush orders interrupts our normal process, we process triple volumes during this season and

require extra attention to avoid mistakes to safely deliver those orders placed on time.

Your studio sample will be produced after we complete ALL holiday orders.

If your sample is required for January Bridal Show, please indicate the “Bridal Show” and “Date” at the special instruction field at the order form.

Shipping time is not considered in completion date, please contact us for the express shipping upgrade.
