Once you are ready to place your album order, use the order form at the bottom of the product page to send us all the details.

All fields in the order form are clearly labelled. Any field marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory and must be completed by the photographer. For options such as imprints or add-ons that include a “NO THANKS” choice, please make sure you’ve selected the option that correctly applies to that order.
“SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS”
If you have any additional details or special requests, please include them in the “SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS” field so our team can review them during production.

Once your product is configured, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the order form and confirm your selections.
Submit
your order
Complete all required fields, review your order, and submit the form; you’ll receive a confirmation once it reaches our studio.
SHIPPING
DROPSHIP to
your client
Your orders can be dropshipped to your clients at no extra cost.
Your clients will receive beautifully packaged orders directly from us, without any pricing or invoices included.When placing your order, simply update the “Ship to” address with your client’s full details if you’d like the album sent directly to them, rather than to your studio.

To avoid delays or lost packages, please provide the complete address, including unit number and buzz number. Couriers also require the receiver’s email and phone number so they can contact them directly.

International Orders
International delivery times can be affected by customs clearance and local carrier delays. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise stated.
USA-Bound Shipments
Physical invoices are not included because they are submitted electronically. A CUSMA certificate is included, showing the product’s tariff code and confirming it was made in Canada. Please see our tariff page for more information.

1. Do production timelines include shipping?
No. Production timelines refer only to time in the studio. Shipping time is additional and depends on your destination and chosen service.
2. When does the production timeline start?
Production begins once we receive your completed order form and all required files. Orders submitted outside business hours are treated as received on the next business day.
3. Can I change my order after it’s submitted?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to adjust files, options, or shipping details.
4. Will I receive tracking for my shipment?
Yes. When your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the delivery.
5. Can you deliver directly to my client?
Yes. Dropshipping is available at no extra cost—simply enter your client’s full shipping details, including phone number, in the “Ship to” section of the order form.
